GROUP CLASSES
6-week courses led by Mark in the city. Small groups (8-10 dogs max) training around real distractions — other dogs, new people, city chaos. You learn loose lead walking, sit/stay/down, recall, and how to actually communicate with your dog.
75-90 minutes per session. Suitable for dogs 6 months and older. Plus, you're not alone — everyone here is figuring out the same struggles.

TRAINING & REHABILITATION
One-on-one sessions at the ranch or your home. 90-120 minutes of focused work on your dog's specific issues — reactivity, aggression, fear, or just not listening. You leave every session with a clear plan you can use immediately. This is custom training, not a generic class.

POISON BAIT & SNAKE AVOIDANCE
Poison bait is a real risk in Hanoi. Our training doesn't just teach "leave it" - your dog learns to identify the actual scent of toxins. Rat poison, pesticides, baiting compounds. They recognize contaminated food and avoid it instinctively, even off-leash when you're not watching. It's a safety response that could save their life.

TRAINING METHODOLOGY
We use a balanced approach - Which means we teach your dog what to do through positive reinforcement such as treats, praise, and play, and we also teach them what not to do with appropriate corrections when needed.
We focus on the relationship first. Your dog needs to trust you, respect you, and genuinely want to work with you. Training that is not built on a strong connection simply will not last.
We train for the real world - Open fields, real distractions, other dogs, strangers, unfamiliar objects and new and unfamiliar locations. Obedience training that is not proofed around distractions does not create a well trained dog.
Our training methods are customized to your dog. Every dog is different. Some are anxious, some insecure, others overly assertive. Some are very independent, and some are full of energy. Whatever your dog’s temperament, we adapt our approach to suit them rather than forcing them into a one size fits all training ideology.
We do not just train your dog - We teach you as well. When your dog comes home from our Board & Train or Day Stay & Train programs, or when you take private lessons or join our group classes, you are the one who needs to maintain the progress. We show you exactly how to do that, and we are always available for follow up support to help you keep your dog’s training on track.
