We follow the BARF diet — Biologically Appropriate Raw Food — the same raw feeding principles used by top breeders and trainers worldwide. Fresh chicken, beef, fish, and organ meats prepared daily. All vegetables are grown organically right here on the ranch. Every meal is different. Every meal is balanced.

FAQs
What vaccinations does my dog need to board?
All dogs must be current on core vaccinations: Rabies, DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza), and Bordetella (Kennel Cough). You’ll need to provide proof of vaccination - either upload during booking or send to us before check-in.
If your dog isn’t fully vaccinated at the time of booking, that’s fine - just complete the required vaccinations before arrival and send us the updated records. We take this seriously to keep every dog at the ranch safe and healthy.
Can I visit my dog during their stay?
We don’t generally offer visitation during boarding stays. Visits can disrupt your dog’s routine and make settling in harder-especially the goodbye afterward.
However, for long-term boarding (extended stays), we can make exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to discuss. Don’t worry - we provide regular photo updates so you can see your dog living their best ranch life while you’re away.
Do you accept dogs with behavioral issues? (aggression, anxiety, reactivity)
Absolutely. We welcome dogs with anxiety, reactivity, fear-based behaviors, and other challenges. Your dog doesn’t need to be perfect to stay here. However, we’ll make individualized decisions about activities and socialization based on their specific needs. Some dogs may not be included in group play and will receive solo activities instead—and that’s completely okay. Our priority is keeping every dog safe and comfortable.

If your dog’s behavioral issues are something you’d like to work on, consider our Board & Train programs. Your dog gets expert training with Mark while boarding, and leaves calmer, more confident, and better behaved. It’s boarding with a purpose.
Bottom line: We don’t turn dogs away. We adapt to them.
Can I bring my own food? What if my dog has dietary restrictions?
Yes. If you prefer to bring your own food, we offer a 40,000 VND per day discount. Just pack enough for the entire stay and include clear feeding instructions.
If your dog has allergies or dietary restrictions, let us know during booking. We can accommodate most special diets with our homemade raw meals or source appropriate kibble. The more detail you provide, the better we can care for your dog.
Can my dog stay if they’re not spayed/neutered?
Yes - including females in heat. We’re equipped to manage this safely. Female dogs in season are housed separately from males and given individual exercise time rather than group play. This keeps everyone calm and prevents unwanted attention or stress. We use scent-masking techniques, strategic scheduling, and careful monitoring to ensure a safe environment for all dogs.
Please let us know during booking if your female is in heat or expected to come into season during her stay, so we can plan accordingly.
Intact males are welcome as long as they’re not excessively reactive or aroused around other dogs. If behavior becomes an issue, we adjust their routine to solo activities. Every dog is managed as an individual.
